About This Grant

Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Initiatives have two primary purposes: 1) to be instrumental in the creation of new meaningful WIL opportunities for students enrolled in Post Secondary Education (PSE) institutions through the delivery of various types of financial supports including stipends or wage subsidies by delivery agents; and 2) to effect systemic change in Canada’s skills development systems by supporting partnerships between employers and willing PSE institutions to effectively align skills supply with employers’ demands, to facilitate innovation and improve Canada’s competitiveness.

Eligibility Requirements

Eligible organization types: registered charity, nonprofit organization, not-for-profit.

Geographic focus: Quebec, Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta.
