The co-developed Indigenous Early Learning and Child Care (IELCC) Framework provides a guide for communities, program administrators, service providers, policy makers and governments to work toward achieving a shared vision that all Indigenous children have the opportunity to access high quality, culturally strong early learning and child care.
Eligible organization types: registered charity, nonprofit organization, not-for-profit.
Geographic focus: Yukon, Northwest Territories, Ontario, Quebec, Alberta, British Columbia, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador.
