This project seeks to address the need for future leaders in a wide variety of fields to have strong conflict-resolution, peace-building, and negotiating skills to deal with frequent disputes that arise within and among families, communities, businesses, nations, and governments. It will assist Canadian student participants to develop skills required to understand and analyze various types of conflict and to establish resolution strategies.
Eligible organization types: registered charity, nonprofit organization, not-for-profit.
Geographic focus: Manitoba, Ontario, Alberta, Newfoundland and Labrador, British Columbia.
