About This Grant

The Homelessness Partnering Strategy (HPS) supports the implementation of effective, sustainable and community-based solutions to prevent and reduce homelessness across Canada. Projects target individuals, families and Aboriginal people in major urban centres, rural communities, and the North.

Eligibility Requirements

Eligible organization types: registered charity, nonprofit organization, not-for-profit.

Geographic focus: Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador, British Columbia, Ontario, Manitoba, Yukon, Saskatchewan.
