About This Grant

Support the priorities by providing time-limited financial assistance to research and programming across Canada in order to enhance and/or support countering online disinformation and other online harms and threats to our country’s democracy and social cohesion. The program will include opportunities for local communities, organizations, and academics to obtain funds for new and existing related initiatives.

Eligibility Requirements

Eligible organization types: registered charity, nonprofit organization, not-for-profit.

Geographic focus: Ontario, Quebec, Nunavut, British Columbia, Nova Scotia, Alberta.
