About This Grant

The program supports communities to develop a local plan that identifies a range of high potential growth organizations in different sectors and industries. It subsequently fosters connections between employers facing shortages of skilled workers and training providers to develop and deliver training and work placements to upskill and reskill jobseekers to fill jobs in demand.

Eligibility Requirements

Eligible organization types: registered charity, nonprofit organization, not-for-profit.

Geographic focus: Quebec, Ontario, British Columbia.
