About This Grant

The Access to Justice Services Agreements are the means by which the federal government supports the three territories in delivering access to justice-related services which include legal aid (both criminal and civil), Indigenous courtworker services and public legal education and information.

Eligibility Requirements

Eligible organization types: registered charity, nonprofit organization, not-for-profit.

Geographic focus: Nunavut, Yukon, Northwest Territories.
